The terms, in plain words.

These are the terms between you and Wraddy ("Wraddy", "we") when you use our website, ask for a free check, ask us to build a site, or keep one with us. Using the service means you accept them. The one-page customer agreement says the same things more briefly.

1. What we do

We build websites for businesses with the aid of artificial intelligence, reviewed and approved by our staff. We read your public website and public Google Business Profile, or the answers you give us, and build a private preview. Nothing is charged for the preview. You decide afterwards.

2. The monthly plan

For $15 a month we host the site, keep it running, give you an account to change its words and pictures, make larger changes when you ask (shown to you before they go live, and quoted first when they are more than a small edit), and rebuild the site fresh once a year at your request. The charge is taken on the same day each month by card. There is no contract and no notice period: cancel from your account at any time, and the site stays up to the end of the month you have paid for, after which it comes down.

3. Buying the site outright

For $200, paid once, the whole site is yours: every page, picture and stylesheet as a download, with a short set-up note. If you were on the monthly plan first, 50% of the monthly payments you have made comes off that price. The download is available in your account for 60 days; after that we remove our copy. If you would rather not deal with hosting, you can leave the site with us for $8 a month on top of the one-time price; that plan includes the account, editing and support, and not the yearly rebuild.

4. Your material, and ours

The words, pictures, reviews and facts about your business come from your own website, your public Google profile, or what you give us, and they stay yours. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us and for having the right to use any picture you upload. The layouts, code and tooling we build with are ours; when you buy the site outright you receive a permanent licence to use, change and host the site we built for you, anywhere, for as long as you like. You may not resell our layouts or code as a product of their own.

5. Your domain name

A domain you already have stays registered in your name, wherever it is today. We give you the steps to point it at the new site, or do it with you on a call, and we never ask for your registrar password. If we register a domain for you as part of a new site, we register it through our registrar account, keep it renewed while you are on the monthly plan, and transfer it to you at no charge if you ask or if you leave; the name is yours.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments are taken by card through Stripe; we never see or hold your card number. A monthly charge already taken is not refunded when you cancel, but the site stays up for the month you paid for. An outright purchase is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days and have not downloaded the files. If a charge fails, we tell you by email and try again; after a month of failed charges the site comes down.

7. Emails from us

We write to businesses at the email address they publish, about a site we have built for them. Every such email carries a working link to stop further emails, which we honor at once, and our postal address. Messages about your own account or site are part of the service.

8. What we do not promise

We do not promise search rankings, calls, customers or sales. We keep the site up and check it every hour, but no host can promise a site is never down. We are not responsible for losses that come from using the site or from it being unavailable, beyond the amount you paid us in the three months before the problem. Nothing here limits what the law does not let us limit.

9. Fair use

The site may not carry anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful, or anything you do not have the right to publish. If it does, we may take the site down after telling you why.

10. Changes and the law
