What we keep, and why.
Wraddy ("Wraddy") is run from Covington, Louisiana. This page says plainly what we do with information. We do not sell it, and we do not share it except with the services named below that we need to run the site.
The free website check
When you ask for a check you give us your name, phone number, email address and website. We use them to send you the report and, if you want one, a preview of a rebuilt site, and to answer you when you write to us. We read your public website and your public Google Business Profile to write the report. We keep the check for a month so the same site is not read twice.
A site from your answers
If you ask for a site without having one, the answers you give on our form are what the site is written from. They are kept with your business record, and the ones you meant for the site (your business name, phone, hours, what you offer) appear on it.
Businesses we write to
We build previews for local businesses using only their public website and public Google profile, and we write to the business at the email address it publishes. Every such email carries a link to stop further emails, which we honor at once, and our postal address. A business that says no is not written to again, and its preview is taken down.
Customers
If you keep a site with us we hold your account (name, email, a password kept only as a one-way hash, or the fact that you sign in with Google), your site and its history, what you and we changed, and your payment records. Card details are held by Stripe, our payment processor, never by us. Messages sent through your site's contact form are delivered to the address you set and kept so you can read them in your account.
The services we rely on
Our sites and this one run on Vercel. Email is sent through Resend. Payments go through Stripe. Google supplies public business profile information and, if you choose it, sign-in. Site text is written with the help of AI models; what is sent to them is your public business material or your answers, never your account or payment details. Each of these companies keeps only what it needs to do its part.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in to your account; one remembers a Google sign-in for the minutes it takes; none follow you elsewhere. There is no advertising and no tracking of visitors to the sites we host.
How long
A preview nobody kept is removed after 60 days. A customer's site and history are kept while the account is open and for a year after it closes, in case you come back. Payment records are kept as long as the law asks.
Your rights
Reply to any email from us, or call (985) 237-8040, to see, correct or delete what we hold about you or your business, and we will, usually within a few days. This service is for businesses and is not directed at children.
